Shipping & Delivery: Shipping is almost free in www.GrocBay.com but, on few products we must charge shipping due to nature of product and delivery location. For more information please see shipping option while check-out.; Same day delivery timing : Same day to Next day delivery order cut off time is 6am of any working days (Monday to Saturday). Currently this service is available only in Bangalore coming soon... in many more cities.; General Delivery timings are between 6am and 8pm. Sometimes it varies by different courier companies. We request all our courier companies call customer prior delivery subject to the individual courier company delivery policy. We definitely consider delivery feedback from our customers and take necessary action to improve our services.; Note: Some products we procure upon order and subject to the availability with our supplier we deliver the product same day to 14 working days depends on location in India. Returns & Replacements: Returns & Replacements are varies from product to product please see the details of product for all returns and replacements. We certainly follow customer satisfaction and we take return if any goods damaged in shipping and you need to return in the same condition along with original tags and invoices.
Ordering: Once Order is placed and status is shipped we can 't cancel the order. You can cancel until order is NEW / processing status.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: We provide wide variety of payment options like, Cash On Delivery (for selected cities only) , Credit card, Debit Card. For Corporate customers you can just raise the Purchase Order and send us as Demand Draft or Check along with copy of Purchase Order or PO number on back side of DD or Check.

All Other Products like Organic Food, Health & Beauty Care, Diapers & Baby Products, Home & Kitchen Appliances, Computers & Peripherals, Stationary & Office Products we deliver all India with COD (Cash on Delivery) option.
